We understand accidents happen, or that a custom order may not live up to your expectations.

For products damaged due to the manufacturing process, we offer a replacement product(s) of equal or lesser value.

​

We offer a lifetime upkeep plan for products damaged during use with every purchase. With minor cosmetic wear-and-tear, for the cost of shipping expenses, we will do our best to correct them. This includes but is not limited to scratches, blade dullness, and blade refinishing. For larger issues, we can do our best to restore your product, but make no guarantees for any restoration that it will return to it's original condition.

Seeking to return a custom order? We're sorry it didn't work out. If you ship the order back to us and it arrives in its original condition, we will remake your order within the same price limit.
